Students and experts are responsible for keeping login details secure. Experts must complete required onboarding and verification steps before their profile appears publicly on the platform.
Prices, invoices, refunds, payout timing, and fees may depend on the configured payment provider and platform policy. Payment disputes may be reviewed and resolved by the admin team.
Users may not harass others, submit false documents, bypass platform payments, share harmful content, or misuse messaging and booking tools. Violations may result in account suspension or removal.
Yalpana may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates are published means the user accepts the revised terms in full.
